Abstract

Annotation: This article explores the critical role of technology in modern education and introduces the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPaCK) model, developed by Punya Mishra and Matthew Koehler, as a framework for effectively integrating technology into teaching. The TPaCK model emphasizes the dynamic interplay between seven core areas of knowledge: pedagogical, technological, content, and their intersections. The article highlights that while traditional teaching focuses on content, TPaCK encourages a balanced approach, ensuring that technology enhances rather than overwhelms the learning process. By integrating TPaCK and reflective practice, teachers can create more engaging, effective, and innovative lessons, ultimately enhancing both their professional growth and students’ learning experiences. The article concludes that the synergy between TPaCK and reflective practice leads to productive and meaningful integration of technology in education.
