Abstract

The opinion of world and Uzbek linguists, literary experts, and folklorists about the narrative genre used in relation to an independent genre of folklore was explored and an attitude was expressed to them. The types of narratives woven by the people and passed down from generation to generation are analyzed with the help of examples.
